约有25%-30%的急性髓系白血病患者存在类FMS酪氨酸激酶3（FLT3）基因突变，由于FLT3基因内部串联复制突变提示预后不良，异基因造血干细胞移植通常在首次完全缓解时进行。本文主要针对造血干细胞移植治疗FLT3基因内部串联复制的急性髓系白血病提供指导。
